THE SHARED KIOSK MODEL

Kiosk, a capable checkpoint.
But will everyone make the trip?

A dedicated kiosk can centralize scanning, policy, and records. The practical question is whether every drive reaches it before use.

If one shared station serves a building, screening can mean leaving the desk, changing floors, waiting, or finding someone with access. Without effective enforcement, time pressure and convenience can turn a required check into a skipped step.

Illustrative workflow: leave the desk, go to another floor, and wait at a shared kiosk; or screen with a compact DF-X1 console right at the desk.

MAKE THE SAFE STEP EASIER TO TAKE

Put the checkpoint
within reach.

DF-X1 places standalone screening at the point of use. A small console on the desk can reduce the need to carry every drive to a single shared station. Multiple units can serve multiple desks and floors.

Visible status and a tamper-evident record help make the result clear and reviewable. Use DF-X1 alongside endpoint protection and organizational handling policies.
